Tours
The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery has a number of tour offerings. With pre-programmed tour opportunities and the option of booking a more personalized experience, our specially trained art guides (docents) will make your visit a memorable one.
You also have the option of incorporating a related hands-on studio activity to go with your tour. Led by one of our Art Studio Instructors, these hands-on activities provide stimulating opportunities to appreciate the artwork from new perspectives.

Guided Tours |

(45-60 minutes) Each tour has been uniquely created to suit the particular flair of each docent. Join us for special tours which include music, poetry, storytelling, and more. Led by our amazing gallery docents (specially trained art guides). Suitable for all ages. |
Red Dot Tours |

Select Dates | Free | Drop-In | All Ages The On-the-Spot Red Dot tour is a perfect complement to select First Fridays. Drop in to one of the galleries from 7:00 - 8:00PM, look for a volunteer with an On-the-Spot badge. |
Singing Tours |

(45 minutes) Select Dates I Free | Registration Required | All Ages Sing-along or just enjoy the music as you learn about the exhibition and what inspired the song and art pairings. |
Slow View Tours |
| (30 minutes) Free | Registration required | Suitable for Adults With a new take on the tour a Slow View will allow your mind to settle on one work, and rediscover the joy of looking at art. The tour will be led by a trained facilitator. |

For a small fee we will design an experience just for you. Booking your group a private tour is a great way to form new connections with each other and open new doors through creative thinking.
